How to change default score in Survey

When user click the Click here to take the survey.

The user will be redirected to the survey. Currently the selected default rate is 1.

How to change it to 5?

I do not think we have default value setting for Survey questions now in new survey application. One workaround may be, you can just reverse the order of the choices so that by default 5 will be selected as it is the first one.

I checked the survey question, but there's no choices. I tried to put default value but to effect.

I replicated same in my PDI and by default all radio option is not checked.

Try creating new survey.
