How to change default score in Survey

When user click the Click here to take the survey.

The user will be redirected to the survey. Currently the selected default rate is 1.

How to change it to 5?

Hi @Ahmmed Ali and @Merza Lyn ,
I have a requirement where we have to set scoring for each question. Scoring varies for each question. Each question has 3 options to choose the answer. Over all total score survey should be 100. How to configure this? Please let me know if you find any leads.
