How to change new Ctrl + Shift + K keyboard shortcut?

Oliver Anderson

We recently upgraded to Washington DC in our test instance, which I quickly discovered has a keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + K that opens the Notifications panel. In Edge, this is also the "duplicate tab" shortcut, which I use very very frequently when I need another ServiceNow tab open and don't want to lose my current spot.

I found a couple other posts/articles regarding enabling/disabling keyboard shortcuts, but it seems that there is no specific user preference for Ctrl + Shift + K, and I don't want to entirely disable keyboard shortcuts.

Thanks!

Hi there,

Perhaps this recent article of mine helps. Specifically is about CTRL + /, though applicable actually on all the other keyboard shortcuts also.
