How to check the Users sync time

Hi everyone,

As we know users will be synchronized from AD to service-now. And the updated field on the user table will provide us the time the users got updated from AD.

But my manager is asking if I can contact AD team and ask them whether if they are maintaining the time when the users updated in service-now. When I contacted them they said such info is not present at their side.

So, can someone help me how can I sort out this query?

Regards,

Pallavi

Check the scheduled job which is running to sync AD to ServiceNow users

I can not give the name ,you have to check it and then search in transaction log table

Check the JOB name in your schedules

Mark this answer as correct if it helped you

Thanks,

Manjusha

Hi Pallavi,

Not sure however, there will be scheduled jobn that runs everyday at specific time that pulls information from AD & updates to ServiceNow.

Now, are you looking for the profile updated at what time in ServiceNow is maintainted by AD? If so, I don't think that would exist as from AD it is more of pull & not push (ServiceNow to AD)
