How to create Dynamic KPI reports without PA license?

Hi All,

We have this requirement where my client wants to create a dashboard with KPI reports in our Idea table (PPM) below reports are what is needed. We do not have PA license.

-KPI report to track if 4 records in Idea table is created per month, should be represented as Percent

-KPI report to track Percent of Idea records assigned within 15 days;

-KPI report to track Percent of Idea records completed by due date

Is it possible to create these KPI reports on Metric? Or do any of you know a way to achieve this?  Please share

You would require Performance Analytics itself, with out it I don't think you can!!

Hi @Suz Roque ,

You can opt to create Multiple Reports maybe of different Report types like count, list, pie,etc and have it put together on a dashboard to check the different metrics as KPIs.
