HI ALL
Need help in understanding if there is a way to customise Post Incident report generated through Incident workbench ?
1. For e.f if we can remove Related Improvements records as we do not have Improvement module but rather we use RITMs to assigned tasks for actions
2. to add sections or names to sections such as lessons learned under Findings ?
Thanks

Hi @karan15
Greetings!!
1 , let find out from where or how this report is getting generated.
2. Possibly the source is some template and if you get that then make a modification and test.

Hi @karan15
Not sure about the workspace, but you can check on the problem management Native view as per Problem lifecycle. You will get the idea. It is mainly from Template only.
