How to get Support if Support is not working?

Trying to open a Case in Now Support. Form shows weird text, does not allow input and keeps 'searching for recommendations'. Continue button does not work.
Assist is not very helpful either
How do I get support when the Support options are not working?

Different browser (Edge), incognito/private mode. Same issue.
My question was not so much how to resolve this (although it would help the situation 😉) but rather how to get in touch with support when their regular channels are failing. Any thoughts?
