how to make report in dashboard act as interactive filter

HI Need help as i wanted to make a report in dashboard that is incidents created by month act as interactive filter
So that if for e.g i click on March incident created it shows me what was the priority of those incients , who they were assigned to , what business service they had etc
am not getting option to make it "ACT LIKE INTERACTIVE FILTER"

thanks i guess only few types of reports / graphs can act as interactive filters? like Pie chart and NOT column chart

Every reports can have interactive filters based on how you design your interactive filter. It will work on list level also.
