How to "copy and paste" filter conditions in list view and for reports?

Hello, I have to create many reports and list view for items (e.g. risks, controls, incidents etc) for certain filter conditions, e.g. over 40 number of entities.  

Instead of manually each time type in the over 40 entity names, how can I re-use the filter conditions that I have already built that outline all the entities?

And you get context menu:

Select either "Copy URL" or "Copy query".

Once I copy the filter, how can I insert or paste the same filter conditions for other list view or for reporting purposes?  That is key problem that I have been trying to solve but no luck so far.

If you are typing those entity names manually I don't think you can reuse those. Those values should be stored in a column of the table if you want to reuse those values. If you want to reuse the filter you applied- you can save it with Me/Everyone/Group visibility and everyone can use your saved filters.

You can use this copied filter/query [Encoded query] in the code but not in any list view.
