Hi everyone,

I'm new to ServiceNow and I've been assigned my first task to integrate one PDI with another. I'm excited to get started! Please guide me through the process.

Hi @sushant1385

Your post doesn't make sense when you state "my first task to integrate one PDI with another.". Who has assigned this for you? A PDI aka. a personal developer instance is "just" a playground for single person to play around with.

if my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.

As with every requirement you get, it needs to make sense. So I think the first lesson is to challenge a requirement that doesn't make sense. PDI's are to figure things out, test stuff and break it without any impact on real instances. Just a personal thing to do.

If you are new to ServiceNow, you should get to learn the basics first. And who ever tasked you to integrate two PDI's is not helping you start your journey in a good way.

Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

I guess some trainer assigned you a task to integrate your one PDI to another PDI. [Although your question is incomplete so its just my guess]. Please read about the Integration basics from Internet/ SN Youtube channels/ SN Docs and then try to integrate accordingly. Accurate answer can be given only after having accurate question.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.
