@karan15 Create 3 reports on business service table in one show incidents in drill down, in second show problem in drill down and in last show change in drill down

thanks , can you please help with instructions ? am not able to figure out which fields to choose so that it shows Incidents logged against a business service

@karan15 Create a bar chart report on business service. And add condition incident is not empty. When user clicks on a bar we need to show the incidents for that business service. For that add a drill down, in drill down show a list view on incidents and condition will be added that is business service is the selected business service.

Search report drill down in Google you will get idea about that.

Follow same for problem and change

Hi @karan15 ,

You can also create one report instead of three, where you just add the two datasets if you rather prefer this. So one dataset for changes, one dataset for incidents and one dataset for problems. It off course depends that you can dot-walk to business service from all tables.
