Hi SysAdmins,
Has anyone come across an integration between Hyland OnBase and ServiceNow? We are looking to integrate OnBase with ServiceNow.

Hello @zynsn,
I am an OnBase SME with 10 years of experience who is just now transitioning to learning the SN platform. While studying for the CSA I did not come across any native integrations within SN for OnBase. However, I do see that SN is capable of using reference fields and JavaScript to pull information as needed. At the core, OnBase is also just a relational database with a UI. It might be possible to script those reference fields to pull data from the OnBase database instance if you have the ability to set that up. With some knowledge about the OnBase schema you should be able to get any data that lives within OnBase.
Furthermore, OnBase does have the ability to export all records via DIP Exports, or other methods, which might allow SN to import that data via the new Document Management application that was developed recently. As I said, I am brand new to SN but have had much experience with the OnBase application. If you have any further OnBase questions please feel free to reach out to me.
Thank you,
Keith B.
