Hi @spgfx07 ,
What do you mean by “each project”? Also, which module is your project based on?
Servicenow maintains all best Practices documents in mynow . Search this space for your required documentation.

Hello @spgfx07 ,
You can follow this thread for Servicenow implementation best practice
Also here are few practice tips for implementation that i follow :
1. Understand the Requirement First
Before starting development, understand the business requirement and expected outcome. Clarify your doubts with your lead or client rather than making assumptions.
2. Use the Correct Update Set
Always verify that you are working in the correct Update Set before making changes. This helps avoid deployment issues and rework.
3. Follow ServiceNow Best Practices
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Prefer out-of-the-box capabilities whenever possible, and avoid unnecessary customizations.
4. Follow Project Guidelines
Every project may have its own coding standards and development guidelines. Follow your team's established practices consistently.
5. Test Your Changes Thoroughly
Test different scenarios, including positive cases, negative cases, and edge cases, before moving changes for review or deployment.
6. Maintain Proper Documentation
Keep work notes updated with your progress, implementation details, challenges, and completed tasks .
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution .
Regards,
Aditya
