I am creating a business rule that runs when an incident record is created.
I want to implement a control that does not run if an incident record is created from another table.
I think I can implement this if I can get the URL information when operating another table, but is there a way to get the table name from the URL?

the record can be created from anywhere? business rule or flow etc
You cannot control this
There is a way to determine the URL of browser and check but I won't recommend using that.
