I don't want users with the "itil" role to see the "Now Experience Framework" menu.
I thought about adjusting the application menu and module roles, but I couldn't because they were protected.
Does anyone know a good way to do this?

@bonsai The screenshot clearly states that you need to restrict access to the following roles.
uxframework_user, admin, ui_builder_admin, sn_ui_builder.dashboard_builder_admin, canvas_admin, ui_dashboard_builder
The users from whom you would like to hide this menu item, they should not have roles which are mentioned above.
Remove these roles from your users and they will not see Now Experience Framework in their menu.

Hi @bonsai,
If you impersonate as an ITIL user, the "Now experience framework" will not be visible. That is how it works OOB, you do not have to make any changes.
Thank you,
