Dear esteemed experts,

As a newcomer to the ServiceNow Partner Portal, I am currently attempting to gain access to our company's instances. Regrettably, I have encountered an issue where the system indicates that I need access privileges, and even our administrator is unsure of the underlying cause. It is important to note that the administrator and I are novices to the platform. Any help would be grateful

Hello Ubong,

   I think your mail Id must be added to now support company account. Check if it was added or not. If not ask admin to add. Not everyone would be able to get support through Now Support. So in order to get access, your ID must be an authorized one.

Hello,

 

Are you using  customer/organization ID to login to Now Support/store? Is it the same ID you use to login into your customer instance. Do you have admin access on PROD?
