In previous releases, we were able to navigate/begin guided tours via URL.
We created an "ITSM Tickets" application menu with a "Fulfiller Tours" separator to group similar tours. Each tour had a module of Link type "URL (from Arguments)" which would direct the user to the page and start the tour.
This is no longer working. I am not sure when this stopped working. We are on Tokyo patch 7b, although Utah is the latest release at the time of writing. UI is Polaris.

As I understand it, the guided tours are intended to be accessed from a menu/icon within the banner, however, the tour is only available once you have navigated to the applicable page. Our organization preferred to make this grouping of tours available regardless of where the user navigated, thus this workaround.
I suspect the cause may be related to the URL route being rewritten to /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/.... However, I have no way to verify this.
From browsing past articles it appears that guided tours did not work in the newer ServiceNow releases but this has now been patched.
Is anyone aware if there is a way to re-enable accessing guided tours from a module URL/link?
