instance hibernation

hey servicenow i got my instance back then next day it got offline and then today its again in hibernation(instance not waking up)

Is this your Developer Instance or Learning instance?

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Please also notice the banner they have set on https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

Based on above, please wait, it should come online at some point again.
