Please advise whether views such as the platform's default view are available on the portal form screen.
While using the service portal view would allow the portal to function identically to the platform, please refrain from using it this time.
Additionally, is it possible to switch views on the portal form screen? If there is a method, please advise.

Hi there @M_Y
No, you can’t directly use platform views or switch them in the portal. You’ll need to replicate layouts in Service Portal widgets if you want different “views.”
If you want the portal form to look like the platform’s default view, you’d need to manually configure the fields/sections in the portal form widget. The “Service Portal view” is just a special system view used by the portal, but you can’t dynamically switch views like on the platform.
That said, you can simulate multiple views by:
Creating different widget instances with different field configurations.
Passing a URL parameter or context and using a custom widget to decide which layout to render.
Hope this helps.
