I'm having trouble with custom menu items not displaying in the Employee Center header navigation bar. Only the default "Get support" menu item appears on the right side, while my custom menu items configured in Instance Menu are not visible.

Why does "Get support" persist even when the Instance Menu item is deactivated?

Hi @jarl-steph ,
You also have to setup "Advanced Portal Navigation" for your custom Menu item.
Please follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Advanced Portal Navigation
2. Open the record of "Employee Center" using the (i) icon
3. In the related Menu Items add another menu item
