If you are employed with ServiceNow Partner Organization and you have access to Partner Portal, you can access all learning on-demand courses for free and you will also get CSA, CAD and all CIS-Exams vouchers for free. 

For Non-Partners, you can complete on-demand courses for free from ServiceNow University but would need to redeem voucher via credit card payment along with taxes. Cost details are available from below knowledge article

I think this is an outdated article and as far as I know there are no free vouchers available for CSA if you are not employed with Partner Organization.

For exam takers based out of India, there is a 50% discount till Dec 31, 2025

Hi @AlexandraB12,
If you're employed with ServiceNow partner one/few attempts are free for you
You just need to complete the requirements on now learning to obtain the voucher
Complete this Path on Now Learning with your official mail id to get the voucher -> ServiceNow System Administrator - ServiceNow University
The number of free attempts you got, confirm it with you org.

If you're not employed still you can appear for CSA at discounted price
