A large number of OOTB "send_notifications" actions are created as flow engine context records [sys_flow_context].
I thought they were actions to be used within flows, but it seems that's not the case.
After a little research, I found that they appear to be called from the "Generate Now Assist Troubleshooting Notifications" scheduled job.
I don't think I use this feature, but is it okay to deactivate it?

I would recommend to create a support case with ServiceNow to check if it is used for any other functionality in addition to Now Assist capabilities.
If you have plans to use Now Assist in future, keep it enabled. If you do not have roadmap for Now Assist, check with support and plan accordingly.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan
