Issue With Make a Decision in flow

When I am trying to make a decision and giving the input values with the helo of data pill and clicking done.  So, it is not able to make it done and even when i am saving it forcedully then automatically input field goes away.

And when am trying to publish it because nothing happening on clicking done, it stuck on same window from last 10 mins

It is resolved now i tried to publish it , then it had thrown error, next it run an autosave and saved without decision table and input, and then i have udpated input and table then it get saved, thanks
