It's my first time to interview a job seeker for ServiceNow Admin/Dev position.
He has 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.
Any tips for interview questions?

Hi.
It's not a tips, but I think it's a good idea to ask what kind of skills and experience the job seeker has.
(It is important to listen to the red points that specifically indicate how you feel about the work.)
Obtaining the SNOW qualification also proves that you can handle the scope you have acquired.
If there are several job seekers, you may be able to decide based on the number of qualifications.
In the end, I think interviews are difficult, and it's important to think about whether you want to work together while you're talking. That's because I think you make the decisions.
Please hit helpful and accept this as a solution if it solved your problem.
Thank you.
