It's my first time to interview a job seeker for ServiceNow Admin/Dev position.

He has 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer.

Any tips for interview questions?

##ServiceNow Admin- Developer:

1.Please prepare resume more specific. Mentioned the module name have experienced & along with either 1 or 2 modules. Try to make expertise yourself maximum 2 modules whichever working on it. If you mentioned multiple modules within 4 yrs. of experience interviewer will be think not have proper knowledge at any modules.
2. Please keep clear concept ServiceNow basic Admin staff.
3. Please keep clear concept about Client Script, BR with all categories, Script include, UI policy, ACL, Flow designer etc.

4. If you worked on Integration, try to explain what & all you did so far for integration project.
5.Interviewer mostly ask scenario-based questions & how we can achieve. Similarly for Service Portal what & all you have implemented so far, explain clearly to interviewers.

6. Keep ready ServiceNow new latest version's features & understand OOB features correctly.

7. Try to explore ServiceNow new product like GEN AI, RPA, AI Search etc. If you say we will be introducing that feature to our client & doing POC, it will be good shine on you.

#Soft Skill: 
1.During interview introduce yourself very specific way not in lengthy. Mention your experience, what & all you have good knowledge. If you are learning any new modules, please mention like explore parallelly GRC module for example, still did not get a chance to work on real time project.
2. when will give any answer don't use unnecessary words which will create a problem. Don't give chance to interviewer for harassment.
3. Please be confident, clam & polite manner.

4. Please be mentioned what ServiceNow Certification done so far.
