Hi, Congrats on your acceptance.
A strong IT background is only an added advantage but without it, you'll do just fine. I'd say - go with the pace of the class, don't learn faster than your instructors so you won't be too overwhelmed. In the end, you'd have learnt a lot to be able to build a project for your portfolio. I'm still yet to take my exams but from what I've seen/heard, the SNAF e-book (go over it again) and practice questions are just enough to pass the exams.
For now, you can complete the 'Welcome to ServiceNow' course and related Micro-cert to get familiar with the platform. All the best.

@AmogelangM Congrats on taking your first steps!
There's a lot to consider when joining the ServiceNow ecosystem. I did a servicenow bootcamp in 2022 and I've been working as a developer for a few years now. If your cohort is anything like mine, then you'll get introduced to a wide variety of capabilities of the platform. You will have to decide which path you want to take based on your experience. It may be helpful to check out the career journeys page on now learning (Career Journey - ServiceNow University) to get an overall idea of the different kinds of roles you can prepare for. I became interested in the developer role so I learned basic web development with freecodecamp after our cohort was done. Reading the book carefully 2 or 3 times will be enough for the CSA exam. Other exams are harder and will be easier once you have some experience using the platform. Otherwise just take things slow and don't be too hard on yourself! We all start off bad at new things so be patient with your growth. Best of luck with your career journey!
