Hi, Congrats on your acceptance.
A strong IT background is only an added advantage but without it, you'll do just fine. I'd say - go with the pace of the class, don't learn faster than your instructors so you won't be too overwhelmed. In the end, you'd have learnt a lot to be able to build a project for your portfolio. I'm still yet to take my exams but from what I've seen/heard, the SNAF e-book (go over it again) and practice questions are just enough to pass the exams.
For now, you can complete the 'Welcome to ServiceNow' course and related Micro-cert to get familiar with the platform. All the best.

Hi @AmogelangM
My suggestion is that, along with this, spend some time reading more about cloud computing, SaaS, PaaS, ITIL processes, and a bit of JavaScript. Be more precise in these areas, as this will help you in upcoming sessions.

Congratulations Amo.. How are you finding it so far the training? I concur with everything they have said here, the 10 weeks will be overwhelming. As long as you have the grit, keep on keeping on no matter how hard the going may be.
I am also a recent graduate, graduated in June, still preparing for my CSA exam.
Since everything is fast paced, I'd say go with the flow, you'll still have an opportunity to go back and re-do everything.
For any support and someone to cheer for you hit me up on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/patience-ngwenya-07258a346?utm_source=share_via&utm_content=profile&utm_...
