Knowledge base article lifecycle process

Hi, 

I need to force owners of expiring knowledge base articles to review them and decide if those should be retired, updated, and published, or keep it published as they are still valid.

I found this article Knowledge article expiration date notification - "valid to" date - Support and Troubleshooting (serv... but it seems to me that even though the "Notification for Article Expiry Warning" is active nobody receives any notifications. How can I check it out?

Evelyn here, and I'm on the System Administrator Career Journey path. Although I'm new to ServiceNow and still learning, I'm happy to follow the SysAdmin Forum and get to know the topics y'all are posting about. As of now, I'm like a deer in headlights. Anyway, this is my very first comment, and super excited to read Michal’s post and Marco0o1's and Dave_S's reply on using Create a flow designer for KB articles.
