Hi @H A TENKORANG

Now, learning is the best way to learn the admin part, but the courses are chargeable if you are not working with the NS partner org. You can watch my video specific to CSA - Batch 11  on my YouTube channel.

Hi @H A TENKORANG

The best thing to do is to spend some time exploring Now Learning.

First Step - Get the PDI from developer.servicenow.com. Start on Now learning with Welcome to ServiceNow Course. Follow some YouTube channels for ServiceNow Admin stuff and Practice those in your PDI. Once you are comfortable start development videos and practice on PDI.

I also find youtube to be a good source, especially for deepening your understanding on certain topics.
