List flow or workflow with specific SCTASK assignment group

Hi,

 

I am looking to list all the workflows and flows for which at least one SCTACK is assigned to a specific group.
For the workflow I can filter the activities associated with the group via the sys_variable_value table but I have to click on each activity to see the name of the Workflow. Do you have a tip to more easily retrieve the name of the WF from this table?

For the flows do you know in which table I can find the information?
