I have a requirement that make variables mandatory during approval.
When Approval is Requested
These variables should be mandatory before the approver can approve the request.
How to achieve that?
This is a mistake on my part, the class of the record is Requested Item (sc_req_item) but the label for this is 'Task type' on the Task table. It should look something similar to the below:
