Mandatory attachment on Catalog item base on location

I created a catalog item called Local Admin Access.

When a user is from these location 'K4 (ATK-K4)', 'K5 (ATK-K5)', 'K3 (ATK-K3)', 'K1 (ATK-K1)', 'ATK-K3', 'ATK-K4'

attachment should be mandatory. And the error message is "차상위자 승인 메일을 첨부해 주세요."

If not, the user can just submit the request.

I created that onSubmit to the Catalog Client Script.

Not in Client script.
