I already have done "Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow" badge, why it shows as required in the System Administrator Journey? Thanks.

Hi @FredyOlivares,
the Welcome to ServiceNow class have two (or more versions) and one was recently retired. So perhaps you passed the retired one while the other with updated content is required.
That's just my idea... if you are in the Journey, you see the mandatory content, click on it and you will directly see whether it is already taken or to be yet taken...
If it is the one you took and still is marked as incomplete, then don't hesitate to raise a case for the ServiceNow team facilitating the Now University:
- go to: https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home
- click create case on the right side
- explain your issue and submit
Or eventually you can try your luck with the Now Assist (chatbot) in the right-bottom corner.

EDIT: and perhaps before you take any of the steps above. try to log out from the SN University, clear cache, log in again? go to that Journey, check the status and eventually click on it and try to restart it again and ensure it's really completed. This "push" already helped me once or twice..
