Microsoft Sentinel Store App - No ServiceNow menu, doesn't look like it's installed correctly

Hi,
We are trying to get some sort of integration between Microsoft Sentinel and ServiceNow
We've installed the Microsoft Sentinel Store App (The one with the blue shield), but we don't see any configuration menu like what is described in the install/setup instructions, no files are installed when we look at the log

Has anybody else experienced this, are we missing another plugin to get this main one working?
I've tried repairing the app, uninstalling and re-installing, installing the previous version
