Mobile Agent - Storeroom Audit - Scan Asset

I've received a request to remove the mandatory requirement from the Asset field in the Stockroom Audit screen and change it to the Serial number. Sometimes mobile menus/forms are references to an existing function and isn't stored in the app, so before I go down this rabbit hole I was hoping to see if anyone could point me in the right direction or provide a link to an existing doc or post about this or similar mobile app screens?

It's part of the Hardware Access Management scope. I opened in platform, but can't find a file for the scan function where the actual asset and serial number values are found.

do you mean stockroom?

I didn't understand the issue, somebody performs the HW scanning and doesn't see the results, or they are inaccurate?

In the scan screen for the Storeroom Audit screen, I've been asked to swap the mandatory flag between the Asset field and the Serial Number field.

As an update, I found the screens. I was looking in the wrong place because of a miscommunication by the user. They said swap the required from Asset to Serial Number, but there is no Serial Number field...yet. They were in the Scan-related screens in the same scope (HAM).
