Hi @LewisT280302802,
did they disappear like you have N of them and now you have N-1 or you don't seem that at all?
There's bug for these tabs that sometimes it doesn't show the values there - impacting Favourites but All and History as well... you click and suddenly it goes liek this:
To verify if they are still there as well as eventually backup your bookmarks, you can you System Definition > Bookmarks
Or navigate to: https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_ui_bookmark_list.do
There filter User is <select a user> and you will see if the bookmarks exist or not.
The screenshot i shared above is a known error and to fix it, you must set this property to false and ignore cache true, as seen here: https://yourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=d87e44b9c34b66109e6298ec0501310b
glide.ui.next_experience.menu_lazy_loading_enabled
TL;DR
- to quickly access bookmarks
- https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_ui_bookmark_list.do
- to fix this for good, set this to false
- https://yourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=d87e44b9c34b66109e6298ec0501310b

Please create the system property glide.ui.next_experience.menu_lazy_loading_enabled and set it to false. The property type can be true | false. The inconsistent behavior occurs because menu items are cached for five minutes. When the property is true (the default), the main frame, app shell, and menu headers load first, and the menu items appear afterward. Setting the property to false loads the menu items at the same time as the menu headers.
If this helps, please mark the response as helpful.
