1. Can you make sure required email properties are enabled. if no email is being sent in production
if this isn't the issue this could be one of many reasons that it is not triggering. we will look into it one by one

review this doc to ensure your email configuration settings are correct.

also check the Email Logs to see if you see your outbound email and for any errors.
Also check the 'Advanced View' for the notification to ensure the recipients are configured correctly.
