Hi @Oliver Stammler , I'm currently working as a business / functional analyst in my job on ITSM and 8 years of experience in managing the knowledge module of SN.

I've decided to make the jump and go full IT and I'm currently pursuing the CSA exam. While preparing for it, I'm also going for the Implementer career journey.

 

I've been studying on the University website since July but realized I never presented myself so I finally decided to do it 🙂
