Hello Everyone,
There is an issue with our ESC for some odd reason all RITM's are not being shown on the "My Requests" tab on the ESC. I've gone and check the filter conditions on the "My Request filter" and they have not been changed at all. I've also tested it two different catalog items one that was recently made and an old one. The old one's RITM will show up on the "My Requests" tab, but the new catalog item when you fill out the form for that specific catalog item nothing shows up. I've checked on the backend and both of the RITM's are being created, but I'm not sure why only one is showing up on the front end.
Does anyone have advice on how to go on about solving this issue?
