Name of user not reflected in the caller id tab

Hello @SH40171025 ,
Did you check whether the user's first name and last name are populated in the user record?
If not, kindly update those fields and then verify again.

Do you have any screenshots? Are you referring to a card in Workspace (WS)?
Also, please make sure the user has a name field filled in their user record.
