Stepper is not working in CSM/FSM workspace

Hi Team,

 

We have configured the stepper component (state process flow) for change request table in CSM/FSM configurable workspace, however the states are not showing correctly and also not syncing with the change request table.

We have tried to manually add the states in the "items" section and hence it got added to the list however its not syncing with the change request table.

 

Please confirm if some more configuration is required apart from the steps mentioned in the above URL.

Hi @GlideFather , I am also stuck at the same requirement. Somehow the state is not getting synced in the Stepper component.

it is showing New only in the stepper although the current state is In Progress.

Can you please help me with step-by-step setup.

Okay, now I see the problem... is there any chance that the record which is In Progress would have any child record that is already Closed?

In the UI Builder is the stepper set for the proper table and matching the record correctly?
