Hello SysAdmins,
Do you allow your end users such as requestors to access the Native UI? Or are all requestors directed to use the Service Portal/Employee Center? And Native UI is mainly used by the fulfillers/developers?

Hello @zynsn
Greetings!
depends from enterprise to enterprise requirements.
usually end users have everything accessible on portals. like todo's, approvals, even setting delegates. so in most cases, they will be given portal roles (*hrsp and hrsm roles which will give access to portals)
if the organization has workspaces like agent and hr workspace, even the fulfillers/agents will not access backend often. it will be limited to developers. they work on change requests etc on backend.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if it helps you
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

We don't allow users to access native UI. Everyone accesses the ServiceNow through Service Catalog.

Hi @zynsn
Greetings!!
As a best practice, end user must redirected to portal always but my experience say, some time end users are smart and they know how to access the native view. Like
instancename.servicenow.com/sp --> take to Portal
instancename.servicenow.com/nav.do (something like link) --> direct to native.
So it depends how you educate to users and they take it.
