Advanced work assignment - Manager role

Hi We are looking at using AWA for our HR cases so Agents are only assigned cases when not Offline.  Testing is going well on this.  However, my question is, can a manager mark an Agent as Available when the Agent has forgotten to do so? Thanks

Lab 6.1 - create test data

Step 1. Navigate to all> HHD > Incidents and InquiriesWhen searching for HHD under the all menu it is not returning any results! Seems like I might've missed a step in a previous lab! Or something has not saved.Any suggestions?
