Hello ServiceNow Community,

I hope you're all doing well. I'm currently facing an issue with scheduled jobs in our ServiceNow instance, and I'm seeking assistance to troubleshoot and resolve it. Here's some background information:

Issue Description: We have several scheduled jobs that perform essential tasks, such as data imports and notifications. Recently, these jobs have started to fail intermittently, and we're having difficulty pinpointing the root cause.

It is tough to guess the error here. Please check is any other job or BR or third party integration working on same table.

 

Is this service account has all access or any changes in ACL level?

 

or check in logs what error it is showing?
