Voucher issue

I was already cleared my csa certification exam in last year form my last organization, but now i want to maintain my csa certification because of it got expired  .and partner company providing  me free voucher I was migrate my account and connected to old one webasseder account 

 

what should do for free voucher (actually thay asking me 200 Doller for entry fee) .

Eithe raise a support case or check with your manager.
They should help you on this.

Hello @nilamg 

Connect your webassesor email with the current organization now learning account, you will see all the certification fetch in your new account. If your certification got already expired.

 

Either raise the ServiceNow Support Case or

Get free voucher from  your company and reschedule the exam.

and on the right side, there is "Create case".

Do this and describe your situation and you will get support from ServiceNow, nobody will help you better than the folks there.
