Hello @cundiff1030

I would suggest you to try ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist course) followed by HRSD.

As ITSM is the most used among enterprises and HRSD is also getting adapted by organizations.

Kind Regards,

Ravi.

I appreciate the feedback Ravi!

Hi @cundiff1030

I agree with @Ravi Chandra_K that ITSM and HRSD implementation certifications are worth considering because those modules are widely deployed.

I'd also encourage you to spend some time reviewing the Career Journey paths on Now Learning, and really thinking about what type of work you enjoy doing and would like to pursue. Then choose what to study based on preparing for your ideal role.

Hi,

Although it depends where you want to be and what role you are looking for - You can go for CAD [if wants to be Developer], CIS- ITSM [If wanted to be Implementer in ITSM]. If you want to be in ITOM, HRSD you can try their CIS certifications.

Please appreciate my efforts, help and support extended to you by clicking on – “Accept as Solution”; button under my answer. It will motivate me to help others as well.
