Trying to change a users email address.
I understand to do this you need to check the "Generate new password and notify user immediately" box at the bottom of the edit page.
The question is how does this affect users using SSO?

This is on sys_user right? Is the field read-only or are you able to change the email address then it changes back sometime later?

why to change email address of user?
Any change should happen via SSO or LDAP.
This will impact SSO login if email address is used as identifier.
