Not able to log into developer portal and Servicenow.com

I am unable to log in to the developer portal and Servicenow.com. I have no clue why my credentials stopped working only for these two sites.

Hi @Samson Tennela Most of us are not ServiceNow employee so we don't use AD credentials to login to developer site. Isn't there a service help desk within ServiceNow to handle this? Most people in the community forum are non-ServiceNow employee and won't know about how ServiceNow employee's account are kept.

I cannot login too, my password does not work and unable to change password, without knowing the password

It shall be either in your email or perhaps the instance has been released due to inactivity. When did you log in for the last time, do you know?

Hi @Samson Tennela,

Experienced it this morning. Had to try logging in several times. The problem with me was that I had several tabs open with "https://signon.service-now.com/" page. When I closed all and then opened just one, I was able to login.
