On-Call Schedule calendar .ics file download

Hi, a client of mine had configured OCS and is using the reminder email with a download link that allows agents to download their calendars using the ics files.

 

There is a particular shift (cmn_rota) record that is problematic. It somehow downloads all the other users' calendar entries of the group and adds all the other group members' calendar entries to their own calendar. This results in having the user to clean up their own calendar of other group members calendar entries. It is a very big group (52 people)

 

This issue is in PROD and does not happen to other shift records in the same instance.

 

I have also made a comparison of between the shift record in sub prod (DEV) and PROD and they are exactly the same (show XML comparison).  However, this downloading of calendar entries of other members in the group does NOT happen in DEV.  I am at a loss as to how this could be happening in PROD but not in DEV. Should this be logged as a ServiceNow incident (HI case)?
