Only specifics users cannot see the work_notes in the Risk Mitigation form

We have two users who are unable to see the work notes field in the Risk Mitigation form.
Both users have the role sn_risk.reader.
I created an ACL for these fields with read/write access in the table of sn_risk_mitigation_task.
Note: I copied the ACL configuration of the sn_risk_acceptance_task since the work notes field here are visible to them.

There is no client script or UI policy hiding on form.
This is the view of the affected user
But I noticed that while the form is loading, the field is there.
But when the form loaded, it disappear.

did you search any UI script is hiding that field?

If you want users to be able to write to this field, you must create an explicit "write" o "read" ACL for sn_risk_mitigation_task.work_notes and ensure the user meets its conditions. Your Access "Undefined" is not suficcient... Regards
